I've really enjoyed living at Lakeside Village until the new management came in. The office is not a pleasant place to go, even to pay rent. The ladies in the office are rude, one in particular is very unprofessional and lazy. I requested something to be looked at in my apartment the first week in October and it hasn't been looked at yet...we're going into November. I feel that the office management should always be pleasant and loyal to the attendants. I've been here almost 3 years and no special offers have been made. They never make you feel welcomed into the office. For a renter that pay before or on the rent due date I should receive better treatment. Those ladies really need to reconsider there area of work, because when you're dealing with customers, you need a better attitude than what they have. The management is POOR.
