I've only lived in the apartments now for about 3 months... and I agree with the person who wrote that response. The office people are rude and really don't try to help at all. If you ask them any questions they just look at you like your stupid or you should know. I'm not sure if they all just hate their jobs... but unfortunately, right now I can't moves, but as soon as my year is up... I'm out. I just can't stand it when people are in the customer service buisness but don't know how to work with people.
Also one more thing, how come I never see the manager... it's like she is MIA I don't ever get to talk to her, and when she is there she acts as if too busy to deal with the likes of us tenants. I'm very unhappy living here because of the inflexibility of the office people.
