Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Apartments are rather old, but the area is nice. Good luck getting any maintenance done- it's a huge pain. Office ladies are lazy, unhelpful and downright rude, and apparently never record maintenance requests. Any maintenance work done is usually quick and sloppy, and doesn't resolve the underlying problem.
