I have lived at Lakeside "Casitas" for exactly a year now with my lease ending at the end of this month. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone who wants great maintanence and a caring staff. I have read the reviews of other tenants and completely agree. When i moved in I was promised a "newley renovated" apartment. Ya right. Two different color carpets, holes in walls, and a washer and dryer that don't function correctly etc. There is no security in this place at all. And the "gated community" is a joke. Cars are tagged on, tired flattened on a regular basis. Anyone can enter. The managment does not care about your concerns as well. I agree when someone said you get dirty looks, and a hefty sigh when you ask for maintenance, etc. I cannot believe a reviewer would review and call this place and its managment excellent, when they havent even moved in... I do not recommend these to anyone at all. Look forward to sleepless nights due to rowdy parties that go until all hours of the night, even with many calls of noise complaint, and look forward to seeing cops in the parking lot on almost a daily basis. Welcome to Lakeside Casitas.
