iF YOU ENJOY ROACHES ALL OVER YOUR APARTMENT AND NEIGHBORS BEING KILLED THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. SINCE THE DAY THIS PLACE HAD ITS GRAND OPENING ROACHES HAVE BEEN ITS LONGEST RESIDENTS. CHILDREN RUN AROUND AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY, CONSTANT PARTIES. YOU WILL LEARN THE TPD OFFICERS BY THEIR FIRST NAMES BECAUSE ALONG WITH THE ROACHES THEY SPEND MOST OF THEIR TIME HERE.
