Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have lived at Claremont Villas now for three years. When I moved in it was called Las Palmas Apartments. Then it was sold and the new owner changed the name to Claremont Villas. He painted the buildings, re-modeled the pool and spa, and club house. He has a great management company MEB Management Services and they have a great crew in the office and maintenance department. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to love where they live!!
