I lived in this complex from 1998 to 2000.

I originally lived in an upstairs apartment, that had its problems as it was pretty new when I moved in there. The first three nights I was there my a/c was out and it was very hot, seeing as this was in July. When I made an work order with the office I was told there was nothing wrong with it. I kept insisting for them to look again, so they finally called out an a/c repairman and he laughed when I told him how they said nothing was wrong, he goes there was nothing wrong' Then he says the motor was burned out. So I finally got that fixed. It took awhile.

Then the hot water heater went out. That was not a lot of fun especially when you have small children and the water is really cold and your pregnant. It made me angry when I heard the same thing I heard before... nothing is wrong. I kept being persistent and they finally found out that it needed to be repaired.

As my pregnancy progressed I had asked to be moved to a downstairs unit, since it was ordered by my doctor they moved me. All was well till early 2000 when my unit was broken into. Talk about being livid. Funny thing is that this happened in broad daylight and no one saw my unit or the four other ones being broke in to. That did it for me, I moved out.

I would not recommend this place anyone. Its not very safe. Security' What is that' When I lived there I rarely saw them. Sometimes I don't think they even had security.
