bad everything

I have been living here for quite a while, and it's been a roller coaster ride. Shortly after I moved in I was charged $75 becuase they said I removed the light from my porch. That night I watched as all the lights came on, and mine was on. Just like normal. The manager cancelled the fine. You will get fined for anything around here.
The manager plays favorites, and likes to be in everyone's business. If she doesn't like you she'll come up with any excuse she can to evict you, then she will say that you are not allowed here, if you owe her money. When she evicts you, she will tell you everything you need to do to not be charged, and after you do everything, she will charge you an outragous amount of money.
Parking is horrible. Often there are cars sitting in one spot for months at a time, and the manager will not do anything about it.
When I moved in, the carpets had just been cleaned, and within a week or so spots just kept rising to the surface. I cleaned my carpets at least 3 times, and the spots will not go away. Our fridge had broken about 3 times, and a big drawer at least 5 times. The washing machine, and dishwasher have both broken, not to mention the towel racks. You have to continually call to make sure your work orders are put in, or it'll never get done.
If you want a short lease, forget about it. You have to pay $50 more.
This apartment complex is full of drama all the time. If you want to move in here, good luck!
