I was rather dissappointed to read the reviews that were negative about Le Mirage Apartments. When I came to Le Mirage I was in a hard spot, I came to the manager of Le Mirage and explained to her that I had bad credit, I had just claimed bankruptcy and I had a prior eviction. Now tell me, what manager would here all this and not say sorry we can't help. What I didn't expect to hear was, sure we can work with you, it was quite amazing to say the least. At the time I was a single father, and I couldnt rent anywhere else, no one would rent to me with a prior eviction. But the manager at Le Mirage was willing to help me and give me a chance. Since that date I have referred her to many individuals who are now residents as well. Very seldome does bad activity happen and when it does it is dealt with just like anywhere else. The manager is very strict when it comes to crime and violence. This is a great complex with great people, and to see the ratings go down because of a few upset people is dissappointing. Dont let them turn you away from this place. Check it out for yourself, talk with the manager she is awesome. If you have some problems renting or just want a great place to live, come to Le Mirage. It is very well landscaped, and there is a play ground for the kid to play which my son and my daughter love. It is well worth it.
