When you come to fill out your application you will be told how WONDERFUL it is to live there, but please don't fall for the lies!!!! This aptartment complex will charge you an outrageous amnt of money for violating "community codes" if you are not friends with the mngr. The mainentance workers are constantly sitting in the eparking lot, smoking and working on their cars, but you will get charged $200 for changing a flat tire. Don't be suprised if you come home to find the maintenance workers in your apartment when you don't need them there. But when you call to get something fixed, they're no where to be found. The management treats the tenants like dirt and they hate kids, so if you have any stay away. What kind of apartment complex fines kids for riding a bike''' When it rains, there is standing water throughout the complex (on the "volleyball court", on the sidewalk, etc.) can you say West Nile'

WOW! Talk about the truth!! Listen to this review, it is true and accurate god how I wish I learned about this site sooner...THIS PLACE IS... A LIVING HELL!!!!! Do NOT trust anything they tell you when you look at the place. I chose the apartment because the staff was friendly...and claimed how much they love kids and animals...yah right!!! Don't waste your time or money unless you like nosey neighbors who will literally sit on their patio and stare inside your house watching your every move...I hate this place and am looking at paying the fees to break the lease to get the hell out of this pit of hell!!
