I lived at the Le Mirage for 18 months and was never once late on my rent! I was treated horribly by Monica and Jessica from the minute I signed the lease. They did nothing but talk down to me and act as if I was in inconvenience for asking for anything ALL!! NONE of my work orders were ever taken care of! Actually, the maintenance man was fired finally! The new maintenance man is even worse! He was allowed to take new appliances out of peoples apartments and replace them with old ones, telling these people he was "fixing them"!! My washer leaked so long that it finally started to mold! That's when they finally replaced it. I was even told once that I was not to use a certain BBQ because it was a "employee only" grill'' Whatever that means. But the next weekend saw a number of other residents grilling on that exact BBQ! I finally decided I'd had enough when my apartment was broken into and robbed. My door was kicked right in and my TV, Laptop, and a number of personal valuables were stolen. At that point I felt this was no place for my two year old son. I had no reason to believe that there was anyone in my life that would do such a thing. I believe that someone that resides in the apartments was doing these horrific crimes to numours apartments around Le Mirage! And to top it off the only reason I believed that was because it came out of Jessica's mouth herself!!' Jessica actually went as far as to tell me that these people were selling drugs from there apartment and she was evicting them! So much for privacy laws right''' Goes to show how much respect she has so what makes you think that she wouldn't tell everyone and anyone your business true or not, good or bad!!!
To close this off....I moved out. I was charged for damages to the broken door (my fault right'). Monica would not let me sign the 30 day notice for the date I actually moved out (she was on vacation). Monica actually said when I was finally able to speak to her that she was going to report abandonment'' That was until I pointed out to her that I paid that months rent even though I was no longer living there! She of course checked the computer and it showed I had paid my rent. Still to this day my apartment door was not fixed. It's still sitting there empty and wide open!
Never once did either of these women show any humanly sympathy for the crimes against me. In fact they were heartless and selfish. You'd think they owned the place and were making money from ridiculous charges they trap people with. Oh wait it's called commission right'' I really hope they sleep well at night!!
