I enjoyed the views, proximity to stores and shops and safety of living in the Foothills. I lived there for two years and the maintainance staff were very helpful. It was the same with office staff who were attentive to needs of the tenant. The wildlife that passed through on occasion was neat....such as javelinas and coyotes. Overall, great place to live nestled near a four star resort.
