After living here for two years, you can clearly see why no one stays for too long. A major dog problem is occuring. You will often find the lawns near your home covered in feces and believe me, the smell in the heat is no picnic. Management refuses to fine dog owners unless they know exactly who it is and refuses to put up more signs. Parking can be a nightmare. You are alloted one covered spot. But this may be quite a distance away from your home, meaning you will fight the rush to find decent open spots. The trash bins are often overflowing and filled with furniture, car batteries, and other items that should not be discarded there. Management's answer to this problem is a small hand written sign that tells you not to put your trash in. The quality of pool maintenance is poor. The spa has been broken for weeks. And new pool and gym hours restrict use. Also, after two years, giant cracks have appeared in my home, meaning structural unsoundness. Aside from these annoyances, the shrubs and lawn are groomed well. The maintenance staff is quick and reliable. The noise is generally low unless people with big dogs move in near you and it's bound to happen on several occassions if you live here long enough. Generally, for what you pay, I would expect more. Save your money and find something much cheaper and closer to town.
