it was just okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   i moved in here due to a great summer special. unfortunately, they are hiking the rent up to a price i think is not worth it for these apartments, so i am moving. they are older, so there maintenance problems that are now occurring. i have black stuff in my guest toilet that never goes away- so it makes the toilet look very disgusting. the management's answer is that it is due to the sewer..wonderful. pipes leak. the drain in master bath is never working. i have had termite problems in the master bedroom. you can just tell that things are getting old due to appliance and pipe problems. the parking is a pain. yes, you get a covered parking spot. but for guests, there is never any parking. the trash bin is always overloaded, so you have trash all over the ground by the bin. and a lot of tenants weren't picking up their dog poop...it is getting a bit better now. the gates don't work half the time either. overall, it's an okay place, but definitely NOT worth the rent price they are now asking for.
