not too good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years and we have never had as many problems as we have here. There have been numerous times our water has been shut off due to pipe leaks or breaks. When this happens, the water will be off for at least an hour. We also had our air conditioner go out in mid summer. It took the maintenance almost 2 days to get it fixed! There have also been many small problems within our apartment that 'have been fixed', although maintenance has had to return on several occasions to fix the problem again. I guess if you don't mind not knowing when you're going to have water or air conditioning, this would be a great place to live.
