The complex itself is nice, I had issues with water damage during the monsoon season. The management and maintance never responded to my calls or made an effort to fix the damage in a timely manner. And when they did "fix" the problem they simply sanded the damage down and painted over it.
Additionaly, when I moved out they kept my entire security deposit with no explanation as to why. I'm a traveling engineer and spent all of maybe a weekend or two a month in that apartment and it was in the exact condition I accepted the apartment when I moved out.
And the online pricing is usually shown at $795-850 per month, but once I arrived they gave me the lease for $950 plus util. a month.
