Great at first but has slipped a bit lately.

Years at this apartment: 2002-01-01 - 2005-01-01
We moved here in 2002 to escape Meridian East (avoid like the plague).
It stated off great with problems getting solved that day or at worst the next day.
Front office management changed and more shady characters have moved in and it seems like more problems followed them in.
The maitenence staff used to be very prompt but now they take forever to take care of the basics and sometimes never show up at all.
We've been waiting for new blinds for 3 months now.
Overall I would recommend this place over other places we've visited or lived in (I tend to make things sound worse than they are).
Word of advice...if you plan to stay a while sign a long term lease and save money.
A short term or month-to-month lease is a rip-off and you don't get what you pay for.
