Los Portales looks nice in pictures, and sounds good over the phone, which is the way we had to rent since we were moving from another state, but once they have your money, they treat you like ----.
Our apartment wasn't ready when we got here; doors weren't on the rooms, carpet wasn't cleaned, lights were out, windows were filthy.
The walls are extremely thin-We can hear everything on both sides of us.
Maintnance never fixes things properly or very timely.
THE POOLS ARE ALWAYS DIGUSTING!! My neices have been sick several times from how dirty the pool has been, so we do not use it anymore.
There are always young kids having parties by the pool and making lots of noise and it never gets taken care of.
There are huge gaps between the front door and the frame and my electric bills are outrageous and they won't fix it! These apartments are HELL!! Can't wait till the lease is up, and actually thinkink about breaking it b/c this place is awful! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

My electric bill is crazy high also!!! My only happiness is that my lease is up at the end of September and I've never been so freaking excited about moving out of an apartment before...
