This complex looks nice for the tours...up front by the office...and the main pool...Office manager is a waste of good air!!!!! beware!!!!!!

Lip service all around...oh and on site security doesn't exist! Security is a once every oh 4 or 5 hours and a drive through while they sit on their fat asses and do nothing...hell can't do something if you don't get out of your car to do a walk around!!!

This complex has gone to hell in a handbasket since we moved in back in 2002. Used to have management that dealt quickly with maintenance issues. Noise complaints for partiers were dealt with quickly. We moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom at the back of the complex, to prove we can afford to pay a mortgage.....What a mistake....we have party animals all around us...drug abusers in open air around young children...apartments broken into....no parking available although we're disabled and have an assigned spot, no one will do anything about the jerks that park in handicapped when they're not allowed. Walls so thin we can hear the words to the songs on the neighbors stereos....when the noise level is too high...management refuses to do anything other than "put a letter in their file".
Little does this management know that they are in violation of the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act...and as a tenant we can file an act with the state which will force the management to act on the illegal activities and protect those of us here. We want to break our lease....and will do so as soon as it's financially sound for us...other than that.....IF YOU READ THIS......DO NOT........DO NOT........MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX.......IT'S FARGIN HELL!!!!!!!

I live here at the present and can't wait to get out of here. All of the negative remarks I have read are sad but true. They HAD a great maintenance manager and crew and now the maint. manager is gone. There was an excellent office person (worked here for three years) and now she is gone. The walls are so thin you can hear couples making love in the next apartment. Not only do they have drug dealings in the open but gangs are driving through on the weekends. I am old and can't deal with them. So sad ....... Management?????> What management?????????????
