It's really sad but i have to agree with every single one of these prior comments. The assistant manager acts as though she is more of a warden, with you having the privilidge to stay in HER complex..Cars are stolen, vandalized, fences are falling apart. Kids run around like they have no parents. Don't you dare use the laundry room, its a waste of quarters. Kids leave all kinds of trash all over, break machines, turn your drier off(nice surprise). Oh and the best part, i mentioned the problem with the AC in the laundry to the warden and she turned around and laughed at me! I tried to call back and ask for the management co.'s fax or email, and they wouldnt give it up!!! Oh and in respect the maintenance theft, two landscaping companies ago, we heard the guys talking about stealing our BBQ off of our patio! One CLASS(less)place!!!!! Please please please dont move here!!

one day i was here comeing and going,the landscapers out side i guess thouhgt i was gone, when i heard a smash, i saw a body moving around on the porch, and i grabbed a kitchen knife and opend the blinds he looked at me like a deer in headlights, i grabbed my camers and went after him, i got a pictuere he was trying to get in to his work truck, then i took pictures of the damage and tok it to the office, the blonde old hag treated me like this was my fault and i was bothering her. i demanded they fix it now and give the owners number i know he/she lives uin sandiego that is it. they arranged for it tk be fixedthat took about 1.5, and could only tell me the own lived in san diego so they can make long distance calls. BS!!!! im researching that tentants can have meetings together, and the warrden can not do anything about it. im interested. is any one else, this needs to change apartments should not be allowed to treat people like this. life is hard enough you should WANT to go home and have your friemds live there too!
