I made the mistake of signing a 15 month lease with asking any questions.

God that was a mistake.

They do not care about anything except there rent money.

The walls are paper thin, there are unsupervised wild kids running around at all times and my car was broken into also.

They let 4-5 people live in two bedrooms apartments (which tells you they have no money...).

I think I was the only person living in a two bedroom as a single tenant.

Not that I don't love kids, but why by the nasty and unkept playground....They tell you about the beautiful view of the mountains.

Oh yes and the wonderful security.

I think in 15 months I saw them 3 times.

Great job! That's why our pool in the back and sauna was constantly broken, because no one was looking when people that DID NOT LIVE THERE came to use our facilities...

I'm sick of living by neighbors escpecially a lady that can't keep her teenager under control with loud music right against my bed and some upstairs punks that have no furniture(even though there are like 3-4 staying there)....Now management has the audasity to ask me to give them a 30 days notice.

RIGHT! I was dumb enough to pay 752.00 last month for one month..

Keep your measly ------- deposit..

I'm gone from the ghetto apartment.

It's like WELFARE city......Oh yes, I paid a pet deposit for the grounds to be cleaned.

That must be why no one picked up ---- after their dogs and it was all over the grounds.

Just more money for management.
