The name of the owner is -------------- with SEA Property Management (he owns that too) @ (619) --------. www.seapropertymanagement.com. I have personally overheard ----- lie to ----- about what is going on here. If you check the Tucson Police website you can pinpoint this address and see the stats for all crimes for this complex. We range from 1 to 6 calls per day, every day! And those are just the ones reported. Additionally, the mainentance guy ----, was the one burglarizing the apartments. He was fired, but the day after, he was back on the premises in uniform and used his maintenance keys to access another apartment to burglar!!! He has also been seen on the property several other times. He still has not been arrested yet management doesn't tell you that, nor have they offered to change our locks!
FYI: when you move out be prepared that management will deduct carpet shampooing and/or painting from your SECURITY deposit. This is completely illegal! SECURITY deposits are for damages only and under Arizona law are not to be used for cleaning of normal wear and tear!!! Also, under AZ Landord/Tenant act we can take our issues to the City of Tucson who will force the owner to fire ----- for the violations (noise abatement, drugs, partying, crime and violations of the landlord tenant act) in addition to fining the owners heavily if they do not comply....at that point...the city will fire ----- themselves and levy the cost of everything against the owner. We as tenants need to band together, 1 voice means nothing, many voices will be heard. My opinion' THIS PLACE SUCKS!! As soon as I can move I will and I will holler from the rooftops what a rotten place this is to live in!!!

thank you so much for this information! they are trying to charge me "fees" ----- is pulling out of her ass. but there is no sign of them in my lease so i guess we're going to court. i heard her arguing with some one in the office trying to hide who the owner was and his number. you are 100% right we need to get together and stop this.

wow... this place ISN'T that great. i just found out about this site, and i moved in about 2 months ago... i ahd no idea this was happening. i hope that the people who write these things are pulling my strings here... because i am thinking.... "what did i just get myself into"???
