first of all i would like to state that this complex is such crap, and i would rather live on the south side at this point. i have had several problems with a lady in apt. -----. she has a dog that is never on a leash, and it ----- all over the place(in which she does not pick up) it snips at people walking by and barks all the time, and is usually seen hanging around the back laundry area without the owner. yeah yeah yeah, the office was notified several times.. and nothing has been done. (this is a dog that could bite a child or adult). so i had to drag in animal control and the humane society because several other neighbors have also seen her abuse this poor dog. (still the office does nothing, even after the proper authorities have been called).
i have had a leak under my sink for the last 5 months, and still no one has come to fix it. (i think they write down the info then toss them, because i do see the maintance men working all the time). but month after month, i go in, they do the same thing... just write it up.
there is no onsite security.... you have to call the 24 hour hotline to get someone over there. and when they show up, most not all, it is 3 hours later and so way after the fact.
the police are nice, and come out. but they tell me the same thing when i see someone vandalizing... call the office and let them know.
when i call, i get -----. who so uneducated, and is as smart as a bag of rocks, just says..."uh-huh, i see". and does nothing.
i have called the number for -------------- that some nice resident left... but he as well as -----, is a bag of rocks and does nothing. i have called the Better Business Bureau and left them with several complaints.
i did not sign up for this crap. i do not feel safe in my own home. 7 more payments and i cant wait till i am out of here. seems like a long ass time.
but i would like to thank the nice person who left the management number, it is always appreciated to see other people can help out strangers. i thank you.

oh dear, this sounds about right....
i know the lady very well (WELL, CANT SAY I TALK TO HER, BUT I KNOW OF HER, SHE IS CRAZY WIERD)anyhow... i agree with you 100 percent!!
BUT ----- is gone! how thankful we all can be that somoone did thier job.. now if we can get ditz ball dawn out.....
