Don't move into Los Portales

Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2008-01-01
When I first moved into these apartments I thought that everything was going to be great.
Our 1st day living there our refridgerator went out.
Maintenence never came.
Then it was our toliets.
Maintenence never came.
Our window was broken twice which they made us pay for.
They wanted us to pay for the lights that went out around the apartment complex.
Isn't that the apartments responsibility'' So now that we are at the end of our lease, which was over at the end of January and it is now Feb.
19.
We informed them of our last day which is Feb.
22.
They say we never informed them'' wtf!' They want us to now pay for the month of feb and march.
Paying rent for February was fine until they charged us 783.00 for rent when our rent is 649.00' so now we have this bill of 1144.00 that they want us to pay not including the month of March.
Keep in mind that we have moved all of our stuff out already.
They want a written 30-day notice.
hahaha!!! u can have ur ----en notice but we're leaving the 22nd!!! Don't tell ---- anything because she a twit! She tried to tell us that someone called in and said they were staying!! Thats how they ----ed us! They can just do that to anyone I guess....
LISTEN PEOPLE!! IF YOU WANT A DECENT APT TO LIVE IN LOS PORTALES IS FAR FROM IT!!
STAY AWAY!!
