I am a current resident of the Los Portales, I moved there because i am in the Military and the offered me a hell of a deal 100.00 to move in and a month free with a 15 month lease, Plus the free HBO that was so not worth it. I think that moving there was the one of the worst mistakes that I have ever made! The customer service is piss poor and I should've remembered the saying "You get what you pay for" Oct 31, 08 I am out of there I hate those apartments the office is worst then my apartment. I can deal with the loud floors when people upstairs are walking because it is not there fault. The leaking of the AC and the fridge going out twice in a matter of 6 months, and the MANAGEMENT the old hag they have working there is so RUDE! they have no problem letting you know that you are late, short on your rent but when it is time and you over paid purposley then it is a battle to get the credit that you put in. I HATE THE LOS PORTALES AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!
