This place is terrible. Do not move into this place. The owner doesn't want to make this place better. You can see that when you walk around the place. The stucco is all cracked and breaking off. The playground hasn't be habitable since last Christmas. Kids can't even play on it the slide was cracked and broken for a month before it was taken down, even then it has been roped off. They have a new manager named Judy who hired this guy who is so rude. I think he's rascist. I have seen that he has warrants and traffic violations along with using illegal tags on his vehicle. I looked this up myself. I just read that along with that he has 16 other violations of the law. They just fired the best supervisor ever and now the team of three who actually cared about this place are almost gone. Only one guy on that origianl team is left. One other one left and they fired the other guy for no reason at all. The only people I like here at all is the lady in front with the blonde hair and the old lady. They seem like they care. I went to the pool and again they were green with bugs floating around the tops of the water. Gross. Not only that but there is a breed resitricution and they are letting pit bull dogs that break off the leash here and no one does anything about it. A lady has been killing dogs that she owns here and the cops show up and no one cares or tells her to leave. The animal control came and still she was allowed to have more pets. She beats her dogs to death. Seriously not a place you want to live. Allot of wackos including the manager. BTW she lives here too.

That guy is one of the maintenance crew that got fired. The new crew seems to be getting some work done. They even checked to make sure I was happy with the work they did.

I'm also a tentant here, this place has went down. I've brought several problems to the office and they said that they were working on it and NOTHING has been done. There have been many times the TPD has been called out drug deals and drug houses with alot of traffic.Nothing has been done. If it's true about the older lady(80yrs.) not beening renewed that is very sad. Hopefuly you guys gave her a chance to fix what it was. I don't live in the GHETTO and didn't chose this place so that my family would be living in the GHETTO, so get the drug dealers and drug house out, renew the older lady if you have a heart.
