I would not recommend this place to anybody!! Management promised us a partial refund on a months rent because of their incompetence in waiting several days after we called the emergency line to rport water coming through the roof and soaking everything.

They came out and looked at it and said ohh yeah thats not good but then sat on their asses another day while the place filled with water before some came out and shut the water off from a leaking water heater in the apartment above.

This is why they are incompetent.

I say dishonest because they never honored the their office staffs promise to reemburse our rent and threatend to take us to court if we didn't pay the last months rent.
Furthermore, maintanance steals from renters, the place is always noisy, the spas are broken half the time and there is a tire slasher that like to slash 2 or more tires on as many vehicles as possible in the covered parking.
