I have lived at Maguire Hill for 3 years and have a very pleasant experience with the community as a whole. The staff is very considerate, personable and proficient with their job positions. The community is tucked away in a residential neighborhood and is very quiet. The community is kept up well by professional landscapers and a maintenance staff who takes pride in the site as well as the job they do. To promote good community spirit, there are morning resident gatherings with coffee and donuts served in the clubhouse, social activities such as bingo and with each holiday there are activities for those who want to partake.
If there is anything negative to say, it would be that the 2nd story floors can be squeaky. I have and will continue to recommend Maguire Hill.
