Mission Antigua

This place is a rip-off. From: HurtSeraph Date posted: 9/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   There is so much wrong with these apartments. Our car got banged up pretty bad, our friends car got broken into and mission Antigua did nothing about it. Their gate is always broken and when it is not, you have 6 or 7 cars lined up to get in there. Our 2nd vehicle was having problems and we were not able to drive it for 2 weeks. As 2 full time college students we didn't have the money to get it fixed immediately so Mission Antigua threatened to tow it. There is broken glass everywhere and the steps our full of bird crap. Loud music at every time of night and kids who like to vandalize and knock loudly on doors at 3am, nothing ever gets done. I get off work at midnight every night almost, and I have to park so far away from my apartment, with little or no security, it is quite a bad experience. Mailboxes also get broken into, quite often. They look nice, but they are not, please do not do not do not, consider these horrible apartments. 9-17-08 Here is an update, we have been moved out for exactly 3 months and we are still fighting for our 400 security deposit back. For 2 months they said they were going to send it to us and then recently they have said that we owed them money and will not tell us why. We are now getting a lawyer invovled. Please reconsider these apartments, you have many better options. Also right before we moved out, there was about a 3 month old pigeon stuck in the netting on the roof. I reported twice but nothing was done. Besides being horrible animal cruelty, the pigeon flapped against the roof all day and night creating a sad and annoying banging. This isnt just some angry post, this is truthful and pretty accurate. I hope this influences your decision.
