The office staff are the nicest people I've met thus far in my rental history. I love the fact that I have an orange tree in my front yard. I live in a townhouse and it has a fairly decent sized front yard. The maintainence people are great. We had to have our dishwasher replaced because it was old, and within 2 hours of calling them, we got our new one. I haven't had problems with my neighbors (my roommates are a different story however). All in all, this is a great place to live.
