After 2.5 years here we find ourselves moving on. The biggest regret is leaving Mission Palms. It is a true paradise in the middle of a beautiful desert. Buildings are older which, here, is a big plus - very well constructed, cooling bills lower in the summer and heating bills next to nothing in the winter. Very well maintained - maintenance staff fast and effective in response and repair: they get it right the first time.
Established trees and gorgeous vegetation where you can pick the most incredible citrus fruits almost year long. White, red and ruby grapefruit, navel, blood, arizona sweet oranges to knock your socks off.
This place has been a blessing for us. It could be for you, as well.

We agree. For the price range it is incredible - nothing else like it anywhere in Tucson. For ABOVE the price range it is well worth it. Unless you want to spend hundreds more and live north in Oro Valley, you won't find anything like it. And even then you won't find the lush oasis-like vegetation anywhere else. It is NOT "like resort living" it IS resort living. Period.

The above reviewers obviously work for Mission Palms. Their reviews sound more like sales pitches than critiques.
