Used to love it

When I moved here four years ago, I fell in love with the place. The first couple of years were great, but things have really been slipping over the course of the last year or so. The biggest problem I have seen is maintenance.
Since last summer, I have had to put in multiple requests to have roof leaks repaired (so far, I believe one repair has actually been successful), and had to have my air conditioner fixed at least three times. The A/C is a really big deal when the outside temperature is around (or above) 100 degrees, but the office staff seem surprised that I expect same-day service. The windows are horribly insulated, with the caulking material severely cracking; this also leaks in the rain. I have areas in my ceiling where the plaster is discolored from the leaks, and a six inch wide area where the plaster has fallen off the ceiling. I have problems with flying ants getting into the apartment, presumably through the cracks along the windows and ceiling. I have placed multiple requests to have a leaking shower floor repaired, which has discolored nearby carpet, rotted wood in the floor and wall, and (disgustingly enough) created a home for insect growth. This problem is also unresolved. Sadly enough, I have more examples of the poor upkeep, but I think I have painted an accurate picture of my dismay.
