Just getting older everyday

It looks very pretty from the outside, but the place is old and has many problems that maintenance almost never fixes the first time (if ever).
Our dryer has never dried clothes without running it for nearly three full cycles, despite our numerous requests to have this fixed or replaced.
Yes, they've been out to "vaccuum out the line" many times, but nothing ever changes.
Also, the insulation is ridiculously lacking.
You can see right under both of our external doors - sunshine shines right through, so obviously air is escaping.
The air conditioners are old and it pretty much has to run around the clock to stay cool in the middle of summer.
All these things considered, our electric bill is less than desirable.
These are all things I did not even consider until moving in here and experiencing.
Although the staff is pleasant and the grounds look very nice, in retrospect I would have lived somewhere with newer (less run down) facilities.
