Mission Palms is one of the most unique and beautiful apartment communities in Tucson. Lush green landscape, block construction, stellar ammenities, great residents, this place really has it all, with the exception of its management!

Hands down! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! Any given day you can walk into the leasing office and expect the be glared at by its staff. Upon simple requests, expect to be given an attitude. Its as though you are really bothering them if they have to get up from their chair to accomodate you! The foul language and carrying on of personal conversations (including distasteful mention of one of the staff members spouses upcoming vasectomy surgery on more than one occasion to the office) fill the ears of residents, present and prospectives! It is unprofessional, unnecessary, and UNWANTED. These are the people we are giving hundreds of dollars to each month'' It's quite scary. There is nothing friendly or inviting about the office staff. There is also no consistency in anything that they tell you. You can bank on atleast 2-4 different answers depending on which of them you ask. Not a very settling feeling. Either they have no real idea of what is going on, or their are lying/omitting information. Neither of which is an efficient or honest way of running a business.

I would strongly reccommend that the owners or the higher level Management take a good look at how the office staff operates.

In response to the above statement, none of these words are true. These allegations are written by an angry employee whom is no longer with the company. These words are meant to disgrace the Mission Palms Apartments management staff and are thrown out like daggers. Mission Palms prides themselves on the lush grounds, community, residents and office staff. The only resident who has moved in/out in 2009 has been this angry individual. Most of Mission Palms residents are long term or at the very least 2 years. The office staff have been at Mission Palms ranging from 3 1/2 years - 7 years. If these allegations were true, there would have been a new staff years ago. Speak to any resident and only praise of the office staff will be mentioned. Most recently, the owners of Mission Palms surveyed all 360 residents and the office staff/ maintenance staff received all high praise. As far as personal coversations-it is just that, personal. All personal conversations were discussed among employees only-no residents- current, past or prospective. There is nothing but a professional and friendly demeanor in the office. We love our residents, know them by name and are there for them. This response is meant to answer any questions in regards to the integrity of the Mission Palms staff. Again these allegations are harsh and from an angry individual and for that, we apologize.
