We have lived in several apartments and Mission Palms is one of the better communities! In fact, I would say it is our favorite! We have been at Mission Palms for over a year now, and have lived in two different apartments within the community. The apartments are older, but some are remodeled and you can choose to rent what you prefer. The apartment grounds are nicely landscaped and we enjoy taking walks, swimming at the pools, and using the Gold's Gym passes. As for the staff, they are great! From the moment we walked into the office during our search for apartments, and continuing today, we have received noting but professional and friendly assistance. The office staff are accomidating and sincere, the maintenance are quick and efficient, and the grounds keepers are friendly. I have had to make claims three times; once on the dryer, once on the dishwasher, and once on the garbage disposal. All three times maintenance has come to the apartment within 24 hours, and all problems were resolved in a timely manner. The staff are also good about remembering who their residents are, and they will greet you with a wave, smile, and most of the time by name! The residents of Mission Palms are also extremely friendly and it is quite common to see them chatting and hanging out on walks or together at the pool. This community is quiet for the majority of the time and we feel safe enough to even take walks after dark. We would definitely recommend the community to our friends and others without hesitation!
