Go elsewhere for a good deal on a NEW apartment

I would NOT recommend Mission Palms.

There are consistent complaints about maintenance and the overall age of the appliances in the house.

Most apartment complexes in Tucson are fairly old, however, instead of spending soo much money on the outside appearance, the management should budget out funds for installing newer equipment in the apartments.

There are plenty of NEW apartments in Tucson with about the same deal in terms of dollars per square foot and amenities but with brand new appliances and safer areas.

There's also considerable problems with management, I could go into a long list, but the other tenants reviews appear to touch on the same issues.

These aren't issues that should be tolerated however, as most of them deal with poor tenant to tenant maintainance as well.

The management should be able to run regular inspections on the apartments, but do not.

There's so many repairs that need to be performed that the staff typically waits until it becomes a problem for the tenants before doing anything about it.

Again, management tries to rely on the outward appearance of their complex to get people 'hooked' into leases.

If you have the time and want to save money and future hassles, go elsewhere for an apartment.

With the current housing crisis, there are a lot of vacancies in new apartment complexes and I wouldn't be surprised if you could get EVEN better deals if you have good rental history.

Serving tenants who are courteous and pay their rent on time should be a top priority for the management of Mission Palms.
