The property is beautiful but the management is the biggest let down ever. Alex in the office doesnt seem to recall any conversations he has had nor does he pass on pertinent information to whomever it needs to go to. KO, the old assistant manager, told me one thing then moved to another property and when called, said something completely different. We were broken into and when my old roommate and I wanted to move to a different apartment, they made it very difficult on us, even though we were scared to live in the old apartment. Now, my new roommate is trying to transfer to a one bedroom apartment and has (surprise surprise) not been added to the lease. I filled out all the paperwork and they even got all of her check stubbs but didnt follow through. again. It has been a nightmare living here, I would not recommend it to anyone. oh, and the neighbors upstairs sound like they are trying out for Stomp.

Hello orangewindow31 can you please comment about the odor ...I hear that there are two sources for this odor issue; one from zanker swage processing center and the other is the garbage processing center close to dixon landing.. did you experience any nasty smell issue ? Thanks and would appreciate a quick response looking to move around that area
