Best apartment community I've ever lived in. From: Happy-at-Starr-Pass Date posted: 6/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I am a young professional and have lived at Moonrise for one year. The office and maintenance personnel are professional and had no difficulties accommodating my high maintenance personality. I have found Moonrise to be a great value and recommend that you visit the property in person to see for yourself.
