I really loved the location, the staff and rent wasn't bad. But of course somethings are just too good to be true, I had...roaches! The manager told me that she never had a complaint from that apartment and would have the exterminator spray for me. Well my friend happens to be an exterminator and he said that if they spray then the next day I should see dead roaches. So they sprayed and I never saw a dead roach, I did see live ones a week later. I had my friend spray and they eventually popped up dead but after a month a little friend would be crawling around, I am an extremely clean person and I am also terrified of bugs so this wasn't the most pleasant experience for me. On the other hand whenever something broke their cute handy man would come and fix it right away :) Oh and I swear my upstair neighbors stomped constantly, which is a little better than the last people who just did it all the time.
