not bad, not great From: ejg29 Date posted: 4/22/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 1 response   Laundry facilities are sub par but I guess I got used to it. You figure out which dryers will dry your clothes. Walls are kind of thin but I guess that is normal for Tucson. The parking is scarce. There are few unreserved spots so if someone takes your spot there is no where to park. Also if you have guests they might have a hard time finding parking. I am planning on moving because of the laundry facilities and get something with a washer and dryer in the apartment. PS(5/14/03)-After moving to Sonterra I wish I would have never moved. This place would be great if they had washers and dryers in the apartment(or at least get new dryers in the laundry room) and parking isnt that bad compared to Sonterra
