This property has had management problems for too long....when will someone do soemthing about this!!!!

I've been here 3 years. Yes, there have been management problems and a high turnover in management teams, but I think Karen, Irma and maintenance guys are doing a good job now. I enjoy having complex social events with management providing main dish for pot lucks. The Sunday Easter Egg Hunt is a fun idea. I also enjoy word hunt games with either merchandise prizes or rent discounts.

I agree with PlumTukerd in saying that there were previous management problems (about 2 years ago), but that the current management and maintenance staff members do an amazing job with the resources they have available.
I am saddened, though, to see that the rent rates are rising as quickly as they are at the property, and that tenure with the property does not yield a lower monthly rent payment. :-(
