I have lived here for one year now and have had no problems or issues. The apartment I got was clean and well maintained even though it's a little dated looking (kinda 70s decor a bit). The appliances are full size and in good condition. Everyone has covered parking, even if occasionally some visitor takes your spot (which happens everywhere). The apartment is usually quiet; I think they do a good job of sceening for residents. I've only had one or two noisy nights in a year(till about midnight or so) during the week days. . . but I don't spend very many weekends here. And when it rains, I can hear the water draining while I'm sleeping. (I think there's a spout right outside my bedroom window). The grounds are well maintained and kept clean. I've only had one maintenance issue, a leaking faucet in the bathroom; it was fixed immediately after I reported it. Some of the pluses include, as I have mentioned, one free covered parking spot, free cable TV, free security system, the size (the one bedroom seems fine for just me), close to Tuscon mall, and a friendly and responsive staff. Some minor drawbacks, there's a smelly farm out back (with sheep or goats), so you get a little whiff if you live in the back row apartments, the two swimming pools are a little small (if that's important to you), deposit of $300 may seem high to some, high pet deposit. Overall, I have been very pleased here, and can highly recommend these apartments. This is especially true if you look at the rental price. I don't think there's many, if any, at this price range that are this nice. (I looked at about a half a dozen at similar prices and didn't see any that were places I'd want to live.) Be sure to check out these apartments, if this is your price range are even a little higher.
