From the moment I stepped on to the property here at North Hills, I felt I had come "Home." Thanks to the Karen and the staff here that feeling has grownin the 2 years I`ve been living here. In the 11 years I`ve Looked at, and ther were many I never had such a good feeling about my place to live. I`ve rented at 3 other apartment complex`s and some were larger and some small like North Hills, but never was as Happy or Content as my living here has been. Since, Irma, has been added to the staff, she has only helped to make the office staff complete. As for the maintenance staff, Bob and John, they always are there to fix whatever needs to be done and more too. They also, clean up after themselves, when its required. I give them E`s for that job. So, there you have it about Karen and her choice of working staff, here at North Hills..Great Job Karen !!
Now, as to the property, that also is deserving of some E`s ! It`s one of the cleanest and best taken care of properties I`ve ever lived at, bar none. The pools are well maintained daily and I can say that, since I live by the Main pool, near the office complex and see the work the Guys do there each day. Thanks to them, you can feel secure, that all is good.
I`ve enjoyed my "Home" here and the space its provided in the apartment. Like living in a cottage, cause of the floor plan, and I liked that feeling.The security button gives me a good feeling about my safety, since I`m woman alone. It`s right at you fingertips in the bedroom and also a panic button in the livingroom area. I never worry about walking about after dark here, since there are courtesy patols on proptery also. Come enjoy.. small town community here, in the city !! I`m sure you`ll like getting to know your neighbors. So, no need to look farther, for a Safe and Happy place to call "HOME"..this is it !
