I have lived at NHP for over two years and haven't had any problems with pools, safety,
the maint. guys or management. It is a great place to live. When you live in a city with a university, you will have a higher turnover. We have a lot of students that live here. I just don't hear parties going on as stated in some of the reviews. As far as the "Mexican Issue" goes, this is Tucson. Just about every state has a large Hispanic population now. If you don't like it - there's always Canada.

Wow, guess office personel must be watching this site every day? Needing someone to write a good review to bring up the approval rating? Just look at the dates on the reviews...hummm.Anyone really interested in the complex can go to the local police station and ask for a print out of the crime history at NHP. Robbers, car thefts and breakins of cars,domestic violence, LOUD parties...wait? Why do they have security,if the security people don't hear the loud parties? Sleeping maybe? That would explain it I guess. Let's not forget the drug dealings there. As to the high turnover rate, people are leaving because of the HIGH rents, it has nothing to do with the U.of A! And some have left because of the --------, a few have left due to the employees being rude. Why should people move to Canada? I am NOT disgrunteled.....I am just stating my opinion. This is a very little known site, I stumbled upon it recently. I used it to find my new apt. You should read the reviews on this place! Highly recommend my new apt.!!! Now if I tell you where it is....all the undesireables from NHP might follow me!
