The management at this complex is pathetic. The manager sits on her throne, oblivious to anything going on. The leasing agent works her buns off, but can you understand her when she answers the phone' I don't call anymore, I just come in. It is easier to understand her through her thick accent in person. While they come off as two very sweet ladies, they are manipulative. The maintenance men are lazy good for nothing retards. The pools are never clean, funny they leave the net out for us residents to use. It isn't the -------- the other poster is talking about really. It is the one's who actually have Mexican plates. Whoops, the leasing agent has Mexican plates as well. Hmmm, I thought you had to register the vehicle in the state you live in after a certain period of time. My bad.
We have the pitbull problem. There have been MANY big pitbulls who have been allowed to live there, when there is a breed restriction on them. But the management turns a blind eye, and denies it when approached. The laundry facilities are terrible now. They used to be pretty decent, but lately they have been disgusting. Forget the weekends, do your laundry during the week. It's a bit cleaner then.
And nobody is going to answer the Clown Robbers living there' Come on people. Anyone who LOOKED at those wack jobs knew they were trouble, yet they were invited to live there. Thanks for the safety offered. When the lighting goes out, it takes maintenance WEEKS to fix them. Violent robbers and no lighting. Safety first! Take it from a REAL resident... there are better apartments for better prices.

Wow, seems like we could have been neighbors! You did review NHP pretty well. The Mexican plates are interesting! Never noticed that. Yep...think you have to register in AZ. I agree with the accent...very unbizzlike. I kind of thought the new maint. guys were OK though....at least they got rid of the old ones......never trusted the head guy anyway....always watching the women. Good for you to inform the public on NHP. Maybe the management company should look for a new office personel?
