I think that the management staff is great! They always say hi and ask how you are doing when you see them. Irma and Karen are both wonderful people. The maintenance guys are great as well and just as friendly as Karen and Irma.
There are only two reasons why we are moving at the end of our lease here, and one is because the rent continues to rise. I understand with the economy how it is, it's a must, but with long time residents there should be a fixed rate. The second reason is because we want a place where we can get our own washer and dryer. It's not because the laundry rooms are awful or anything, it's just because we want our own private washer and dryer.
The parking is a little scarce. I understand its a small apartment complex, but there really aren't that many free spots when friends and family come to visit.
As far as parties and undesirables, I don't see that going on at all.
It's a great place to live with friendly staff.
