Chances are if you are reading this you are looking for a great place to live. I feel compelled to tell you about the complex I have lived in for three years. If you are looking for a quiet, safe place to live with a lot of PAID amenities,Cable, Alarm system, water,trash,covered parking & ample parking for guests,then don't miss stopping by to see for yourself. There are two large pools with jacuzzi. The grounds are kept up. There is a maintenance crew on site, that usually respond within the hour. A family type atmosphere. Christmas party, pool party, Bar-B-Q. The office staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They screen applicants very carefully to keep it a safe decent place to call home, so come and check us out...

When I wrote this review, I was thinking about the things I most appreciate about living at North Hill Park.I wrote about the things I would be most concerned with if I was looking for a great place to live.Maybe they didn't have the opportunity to drive by and read our banners. And yes they do screen very carefully...Whoops they missed one!

Seems the office gals are upset over the low ratings again. This review reads JUST like an add for the apts. Or the yellow banners outside! Plus a little comment....were there not TONS of police there just yesterday, arresting someone? YES, you screen the applicants VERY well! If you are trouble, come live here! Let's get real!!!!
