Why waste your money'

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The place has horrible service. The promissed high-speed internet didn't work until the fourth month there. Our air conditioning didn't work when we first moved in. When I informed them of this the maintenance man said that he didn't care.... it took them 4 days before they even looked at it. It was dirty and there were holes in the wall when we moved in.... which we were charged for when we left (and i'm sure they haven't fixed them). Also when you first moved in (it was half way through the month) you paid for the whole month (which was suppose to pay for the first half of that month the next year)... needless to say i was charged for that.
