Well.. I lived there for part of the fall 2002 and into the spring of 2003, I moved out in April. SO I lived there for the better have of 6 months...The first weekend I was there, there was a huge fight, cops everywhere, even the helicopter goin around... The helicopter had become a weekend tradition. It wasn't the place it self that caused this tradition it was more the people living in it. Drunkin college students...and their differences. It felt more like a Older version of high school. No one knew when to stop or just back away. As for the matinence.. I never had a problem. The staff was always friendly to me, they had many ammenities and the place usually looked rather clean.. Unless it was a weekend and parties happened. My only REAL problem was that you couldn't get out of a lease no matter what. No penalty charged you were basically screwed. OH well....Im out of there now.
