Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
I lived at North Point Student Apartments..of fall 2001 to summer 2002 while i lived there it was called formely (Jefferson Commons). I would not recommend this place to any of my friends unless i knew they liked to party becuase Thursday night till Sunday early morning it is nothing but a party heaven. Out of control college students with very loud parties, cops always there. If u ever had a problem with your place it took Maintenance at least 4 days too check it out. You will never get your desposit back that is for sure. Office Staff are friendly but once u sign that lease there is NO way your gonna get of it. You do get high speed internet..but don't plan on having it for at least the first few months there..its not set up at the time. This is the place for you if your young and like to party and you really don't care about noise and the cops always there.
